1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Account Registration Process

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on the bmy999 platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identities of others, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and discovery of multiple accounts may result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of bonuses and winnings, and forfeiture of all deposits.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering for or using bmy999 services: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, directors, officers, or contractors of bmy999 or its affiliated companies; (c) immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of bmy999 employees; (d) individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from our platform; (e) individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal; (f) individuals on any government or regulatory exclusion list; and (g) individuals acting on behalf of others or as agents.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Security Responsibilities

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your payment method, account status, and applicable regulations. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or financial instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.

Deposits are processed instantly for most electronic wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and typically within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers. bmy999 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction charges. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if we suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. Deposits made from stolen payment instruments, unauthorized credit cards, or fraudulent sources will be reversed, and affected accounts will be permanently banned. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your bmy999 account are legally obtained and rightfully belong to you.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and these Terms. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership of the withdrawal account before processing any payout.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00). For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must generally be processed using the same method used for deposits, and you must wager your deposit at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility. This requirement helps prevent fraudulent use of our platform for money laundering purposes.

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process. We make every effort to process withdrawals as quickly as possible while maintaining appropriate security protocols.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

bmy999 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals may be subject to an administrative fee. Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account level, verification status, and payment method. Standard accounts have a maximum withdrawal limit of PHP 500,000 per transaction and PHP 2,000,000 per month. VIP accounts may have higher limits as communicated separately.

5.4 Refusal of Withdrawals

We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests in the following circumstances: (a) incomplete account verification; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) breach of these Terms; (d) active bonus wagering requirements not yet met; (e) minimum wager requirements not satisfied; (f) disputed transactions or chargebacks; (g) pending investigations; or (h) legal or regulatory requirements. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason and required action.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. The maximum bet allowed when playing with bonus funds is PHP 200 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bmy999, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our platform; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (d) technical malfunctions or interruptions; or (e) any other matter relating to our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of bmy999 services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is lower.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of bmy999 services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your concern. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint within fifteen (15) business days. Most disputes can be resolved through this direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Termination and Suspension

bmy999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or acted in any manner that we deem harmful to bmy999, other players, or our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to use bmy999 services will immediately cease. We will return your available account balance minus any applicable fees, pending investigations, or amounts owed to bmy999. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon account closure. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, though you remain bound by these Terms with respect to prior use of our services.

13. Changes to Terms

bmy999 reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
